About

Cross Real Estate is in business to bring a better real estate experience to the client. Having the highest quality of customer service requires a combination of the right people and the right training.

Real estate has always been a sink or swim business. The average real estate agent starts their career after spending thousands of dollars to get a license, passing a test and joining a brokerage. After this, the agent is given a desk and a phone with little to no knowledge on how to serve and care for clients in the real world of real estate. Traditional brokerages often lack the resources to provide new agents with the guidance and one on one training they need to be successful. This contributes to client dissatisfaction and high turnover rates due to ever increasing costs of being in business.

How we are different

We work as a team and we develop better agents.  Every member of the team is given permission and incentive to excel. Before our people ever spend time with a client they have learned the business of real estate from the back end starting in administration, advancing to marketing then training to become a REALTOR®. During training, team members shadow an experienced agent in all day to day client interactions to gain valuable knowledge and experience.

The result? After months of mentorship, our agents begin their careers ready to serve clients as professionals.
